By accessing and using INFINI IA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

INFINI IA is an online learning platform that allows users to access educational courses and training materials. Content creators can publish and sell their courses through our platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Roles

4.1 Learners (Readers)

Learners can browse, purchase, and access courses on the platform. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Content Creators

Creators can publish courses and receive 60% of the sale price. The platform retains 40% to cover hosting, payment processing, and support services.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Creator Responsibilities

Content creators must ensure their materials are original or properly licensed. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Misleading or false information
• Content that violates third-party rights

5.2 Quality Standards

All courses must meet minimum quality standards including clear audio/video, accurate descriptions, and functional materials.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Course Purchases

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

6.2 Creator Payments

Creators receive 60% of course sales. Payments are processed according to Stripe's standard schedule. Creators must have a valid Stripe account connected.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our discretion for valid reasons such as technical issues preventing access to purchased content.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant INFINI IA a license to host, display, and distribute their materials on the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Share account credentials with others
• Distribute course content outside the platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Use automated systems to scrape content
• Engage in fraudulent activities

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

INFINI IA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
